Orie Africa is a WhatsApp Commerce Platform that lets Nigerian and African sellers manage their entire business inside WhatsApp. From taking orders to tracking inventory, processing payments, and following up with customers โ all without a website or app.
We have two products: Orie Lite (for sellers who want to organise their WhatsApp orders) and Orie Full (a complete WhatsApp store with AI bot, payments, and a dashboard).

No technical skills needed at all. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Orie. Everything is designed to be simple enough to set up in under 30 minutes, even if you've never used any e-commerce tool before.

AI-powered order tracking for WhatsApp sellers
Orie Lite is a lightweight tool designed for sellers who are already taking orders on WhatsApp but losing track of them. You paste any order message and our AI instantly extracts the customer name, items, quantities, and price โ turning a messy chat into a clean, organised order.
Simply copy any message from your WhatsApp chat โ for example "I want 2 blue dresses size 12 and 1 red skirt, my name is Amaka, deliver to Lekki" โ paste it into Orie Lite, and the AI will automatically pull out all the order details and create a structured order record.

Your complete WhatsApp store with AI bot and dashboard
When a customer messages your WhatsApp number, Orie's AI bot responds automatically. The bot can show your product catalogue, answer questions about products, help the customer choose items, generate a payment link, and confirm the order โ all without you lifting a finger.
Your customers never need to download an app or visit a website.
You can add products directly from your dashboard at app.orie.africa. For each product, add a name, price, description, stock quantity, and a photo. Orie automatically enhances your photo by removing the background to give it a clean, professional look.
Yes. When a customer is ready to pay, the bot generates a secure Flutterwave payment link. The customer pays online and Orie automatically confirms the order and notifies you. Payments go directly to your bank account.
Every morning, Orie analyses your customer behaviour and identifies the customers most likely to buy from you today. These are called your "hot prospects." You get a daily list of who to follow up with, along with a suggested message โ so you can close more sales with targeted outreach.
Broadcast credits allow you to send bulk WhatsApp messages to your customers โ for promotions, new arrivals, restocks, or any announcement. Each credit sends one message to one customer. Credits are included in your monthly plan and reset each billing period.
Subscriptions, payments, and plan management

Subscriptions are paid via Paystack, which accepts debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD. All payments are processed securely by Paystack โ Orie Africa never stores your card details.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. When you cancel, you keep access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge for the next period after cancellation.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you were charged incorrectly or experienced a significant technical issue on our end, please contact us at hello@orie.africa and we will review your case.
At the end of your 7-day free trial, your account will be paused until you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data is not deleted โ it stays safe for 30 days. You can reactivate anytime by subscribing from your dashboard.
Managing your sales and customer relationships
All your orders are visible in the Orders tab of your dashboard at app.orie.africa. You can filter by status (pending, confirmed, delivered, etc.), search by customer name or order number, and update order status with one tap.
Every time a customer places an order through your WhatsApp store, Orie automatically saves their name, WhatsApp number, and order history. You can view any customer's full purchase history, total spend, and last activity from the Customers tab in your dashboard.
Orie automatically tracks your stock levels. When a product drops below your set low-stock threshold, you'll receive an alert. When stock reaches zero, the product is automatically hidden from your store so customers can't order something you don't have.
Yes โ this is the Broadcasts feature available on Starter plans and above. You can compose a message and send it to all your customers or a filtered segment (e.g. customers who haven't ordered in 30 days). Each message sent uses one broadcast credit from your monthly allowance.
Account settings, login, and security
Go to app.orie.africa and log in with your registered email address and PIN. You can also log in with your WhatsApp number if you registered that way.
On the login page, tap the "Forgot PIN?" link and enter your registered email address. We'll send you a reset link. If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@orie.africa.
Yes โ team member access is available on Starter and above plans. You can invite staff to manage orders, update products, and respond to customers without sharing your main PIN. The number of team members depends on your plan.
To delete your account, please email us at hello@orie.africa with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 5 business days and permanently delete your data within 90 days in line with our Privacy Policy.
Yes. Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use row-level security to ensure your data is completely separate from other sellers. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. We never sell your data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
